Background
Dr. Gallegos comes to Cincinnati from Harvard’s Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston Massachusetts. His areas of surgical expertise include heart failure treatment, general and minimally invasive valve procedures, CABG and aortic disease treatment. He will play an integral role in The Christ Hospital Mechanical Heart Assist Device Program, specializing in LVAD implantation and also the PARTNER II clinical trial, evaluating transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) at The Carl and Edyth Lindner Center for Research and Education at The Christ Hospital.
