John D. Corl, MD, FACC, FSCAI
Background
As a cardiac and peripheral intervention specialist, Dr. Corl treats heart disease and blockages in the peripheral arteries.
He is skilled in angioplasty and stenting procedures, as well as traditional and minimally invasive forms of vascular disease treatments. Dr. Corl also performs invasive testing to evaluate the extent of coronary stenosis, or constricted arteries.
He was elected a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology in February 2006 as well as a Fellow of the Society for Cardiac Angiography and Interventions in September 2006. Dr. Corl started his practice across the Ohio River in Northern Kentucky, then came to Ohio Heart and Vascular Center in 2007.
Dr. Corl and his wife, Maureen, have five children: Kaelynn, J. Bradley, Camryn, Jaeden and Davis—two girls and three boys.
The most rewarding part of his practice is building strong relationships with his patients and the long-term care that allows him to see them progress.
